Delivery Notes

         Delivery Area: Currently we offer delivery service within Hong Kong only.

         Shipping Fee: Free Shipping for all orders.

         Courier: All orders are securely dispatched via SF Express.

         Estimated Delivery Time: As every piece is made-to-order, the delivery lead time is approximately 14 days from the time the order placed.

         Please note: We do not provide tracking service at the moment, but we will do best to ensure your order will arrive safely within the estimated timeframe.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

Quality of our products is our outmost concern and priority that follows strict procedures and standard. For any quality issue or defect found on your piece(s), we offer the following guarantees:

         Report Time frame: Please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp within 10 days of receiving your ordered item(s).

         Replacement or Refund Service: Once the quality/defect is confirmed by our team, we will arrange replacement or refund for the ordered item(s) if required.

         Please note: We do not accept replacement or refunds for non-quality issues (e.g., incorrect ring size ordered, intentional or unintentional man-made damage or change of mind). Bespoke orders and engraved items are strictly non-refundable and non-replaceable unless defect found.
