1. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. The Company is not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events. The risk of loss and title for the Products pass to the Customer upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier.
2. Returns, Refunds, and Custom Orders
We accept returns of standard, non-customized Products strictly because of manufacturing defeats found within fourteen days of delivery (conditional that such intended returns must be firstly reported to our customer service team through available communication channels within five days upon receipt), provided the Product is in its original, unworn condition with all accompanying documentation and certificates. The Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria upon our inspection. Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the Customer.
No returns, refunds or exchange is acceptable due to personal expectation discrepancies and/or sizing issue upon receipt.
Custom, bespoke, or engraved orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under whatever reason unless manufacturing defeats found. Professional inspection and investigation shall be conducted before confirmation.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
