2        Confirmation of Design: Upon receiving your order, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered email address. Our team will review the details and may contact with you to ensure the correctness of the design and size.

3        Production: Once confirmed, production of your specific pick will begin.

4        Quality Check: After production, our professional team will conduct a rigorous quality inspection, ensuring your lab grown diamond set is flawless and to your specific pick.

5        Dispatch: Upon passing our rigorous quality check, your lab grown diamond set will be nicely and securely packed and dispatched to you.

 

Bespoke Orders: If you wish to have your one-of-a-kind bespoke design, please contact our design team directly via WhatsApp. Custom made orders will be handled professionally by our specialists and not require going through our standard ordering platform.
